ABNA’s mission is to assist high-risk communities in need by volunteering their time as nurses in community health fairs, providing health education, health screening, mentoring novice nurses and supporting and collaborating with organizations of like mindedness.
We need your help to accomplish our goals and continue to impact the communities in need. Your donation (of any amount) will have an impact on improving the health and wellness of minority and high-risk communities by allowing ABNA to purchase health screening supplies, sponsoring educational offerings for nurses and recruitment, and secure money to host future scholarship fundraisers events.
Anyone who would like to give to ABNA is welcome to utilize our online system. The system makes it easy to quickly transfer money from a bank account or debit card to ABNA account. You may choose to contribute a one-time offering or recurring withdrawals. This can be submitted to ABNA’s General Fund or the Scholarship Fund account.
Although ABNA prefer electronic transfer of funds through our website, we will continue to accept checks, cash or money orders. Any checks can be made to Acadiana Black Nurses Association and mail to address P.O. Box 93111, Lafayette, La. 70509. Please indicate if you prefer donate to a specific ABNA project.
